Applicant Tracking System Interview Scheduling

The HRMS system’s applicant tracking system’s booking module needed to be updated and made less manual.

The Problem

The applicant tracking booking system was too manual. A lot of clients are small businesses who can not afford their own recruiters, there they need as little time as possible contacting and having back and forth with candidates.

The Need….

Something that gave candidates the freedom to schedule their interviews and recruiters the power to fit them in around their busy schedules with as little back and forth as possible.

Using workflows to iterate and account for corner cases through the booking process for both user types

Leave Booking Modal

Recently the HRMS system changed it’s leave from days to hours in the system and needed the ux design to reflect the changes in the backend.

The Problem

Users were very restricted in what they could apply for in the system. There was also lots of application errors when applying for leave which was a major indicator that the ux design needed to be undertaken on the leave booking modal.

The Need…

An easy to understand booking modal that gives users the freedom to take their leave in hours. It aslo have to be easy to understand and needs to aid with clear system feedback for users when they enter incorrect data. This will also cut down on manager workloads as less errors means less time spent with admin duties that come secondary to the job.
